Demolition

We take structures down and haul what is left away. That covers a whole house or shop, or one wall and a slab where the rest of the building stays standing and working.

Most of the cost in demolition is not knocking the building over. It is the disposal, the protection of what stays, and the condition the ground is in when we leave. We price all three up front so the number does not move once we start.

Selective work gets sequenced around whoever else is on site. Interior strip-outs, a foundation coming out from under an addition, a slab lifted while the building above stays in use — that work is slower and we quote it that way rather than pricing it like an open teardown.

We handle the asbestos survey and the notifications a demolition needs before anything comes down. If a survey turns up material that has to be removed by an abatement contractor first, we tell you before you are committed, not after.
