Where we work
We work Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and Olympia, and the ground in between them along I-5. The yard is on 1st Ave S in Seattle, which puts most of that inside a short drive and the ends of it inside a comfortable one.
Distance matters on this kind of work. Getting a machine to a site and back is a real cost, and it is the reason we would rather be honest about where we are useful than claim the whole state.
King County, Pierce County, Snohomish County, Thurston County.

Seattle
King County
We are based here. The yard is on 1st Ave S, which puts most of the city inside a short run and means we can look at a site before quoting it rather than pricing off a drawing.
Queen Anne, Ballard, West Seattle, Georgetown and SODO, Magnolia, Beacon Hill and Rainier Valley.
Tacoma
Pierce County
Tacoma is a straight run south down I-5 from the yard, close enough that we can get a machine down and back without the travel swallowing the day.
North End and Proctor, Hilltop, Tideflats and the Port, South Tacoma, Northeast Tacoma.
Everett
Snohomish County
Everett is the north end of the corridor we work. The run up I-5 is straightforward outside commute hours, and the work up there is a different mix from Seattle's.
Riverside and the delta flats, North Everett, Waterfront and industrial, South Everett and Silver Lake.
Olympia
Thurston County
Olympia is the south end of what we cover. It is far enough that we plan the work in longer stretches rather than short visits, which usually suits the jobs down there anyway.
Downtown and the isthmus, Westside, Eastside, Lacey and Tumwater edges.
